Wandering among the recipes I found that of www.giallozafferano.it biscuits with butter and jam created by Sonia and I fell in love. I tried to make me follow the procedures step by step preparation. Here is the result.
Ingredients
For biscuits
180 g of flour
2 eggs (only yolks)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
70 g of sugar
To fill
marmalade or jam (to taste)
icing sugar to taste
Preparation
Knead the flour into a bowl , butter softened at room temperature, cut into small pieces, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, until mixture is smooth and homogeneous. With the dough form a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let stand in refrigerator for about an hour.
elapsed time, take the dough and continue processing when it is still cold. Form a long stick and cut a pieces , from which you will get the ball. By the end of a wooden spoon, form the center of a ball recess being careful not to cross, in which after baking some cookies, put the marmalade or jam. Arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spaced apart.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from oven and filled the hollow of each of them with marmalade or jam you prefer. Sprinkle cookies with sugar the veil .
