Pizza chocolate with almonds and pine nuts

Ingredients

· 220 g of flour
· ; 100 g of cocoa "sweetened"
· 1 liter of milk
· 150 g of sugar
· 100 g almonds
· 50 g pine nuts
· 1 pinch of salt
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Put the flour into a thick-bottomed saucepan, add the salt and cocoa, stirring to mix well with each other along for the ingredients.


Stir in sugar and cinnamon and stir again, then pour slowly the milk ingredients, stirring vigorously to prevent the formation of lumps. You must obtain a batter.


Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring always in the same direction, cook the mixture until such time as it will form a paste. The dough should come to a boil. After cooking the chopped almonds and pine nuts embedded and stir again to combine them in a robust way to the compound. Roll the mixture into a mold to be about 30 cm in diameter, which have previously greased with butter and flour. Bake in preheated oven at 160 ° and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve cold pizza.

Pizza has the consistency of a cream and cocoa you have to thicken. Just let it cool after cooking.
