Ingredients

300 g of carrots

300 g flour 00

1 tablespoon baking powder chemical

50 g blanched almonds

90 g of sunflower oil

3 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

180 g of sugar

icing sugar to taste

Preparation
