Presented by the Dean prof. Bova, young Nicholas and Alexandra Esperide Quon, closely followed and applauded, explained the various chapters of their book.


The myth of the nation goes through the stages that led Italy to flourish after centuries of torpor: the debate on capital Rome, the alleged conquest of the South "Artichoke" by Savoy from ' Children of the Fathers of the Fatherland, the inclusion of their names in the marble of the law or in the mud dell'esecrazione.

Cruisy Spots Portland Oregon




www.giallozafferano.it Wandering among the recipes I found a very interesting, that of carrot cake made by Sonia, and I tried to prepare it. The preparation is quite simple and fast and does not involve major difficulties. I do not wish you Good Job!


Ingredients

300 g of carrots
300 g flour 00
1 tablespoon baking powder chemical
50 g blanched almonds
90 g of sunflower oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
180 g of sugar
icing sugar to taste

Preparation

Peel and finely grate the carrots. Transfer the pulp obtained in a strainer and, with the help of a spoon, gently crushed to remove the liquid. Set aside.


Helping with the electric whisk, whisk the eggs with sugar until frothy.


chop the almonds to reduce them into flour.


In a large bowl sift the flour and add baking powder, vanilla, almond flour and carrots and mix together. Pour the frothy mixture of eggs and sugar and oil sunflower seeds and mix well.


Grease and flour a mold to be 24-26 cm in diameter and adjourn to the mixture.


Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and then continue cooking at 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Check the cooking of the cake with the toothpick test: the cake is ready when pulling out the stick it will be dry. Let cool in the mold. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.


The carrot cake is ready!
