The chocolate salami is a great and easy recipe to make for Christmas . Try to do it, is made with ease!


Ingredients

300 g of dry biscuits like "Gold Saiwa"
150 grams of high quality butter at room temperature
250 g of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons rum or 2 vials of Aroma Rum
2 chicken eggs
100 g of sugar
cinnamon to taste

Preparation

In a large bowl crumble the biscuits. After being placed on a cloth, cover and crumbled still helping with the palm of your hand.


Place the chopped butter in another bowl and let soften.

proceed with the preparation by melting the chocolate in a double boiler. When melted, worked with a spoon to prevent lumps, and add the cinnamon powder. Let cool.
