Homemade Rabbit Waterers

Brownies Carrot cake Chocolate Salami


The Brownie is a chocolate cake, a typical American dessert, so called because of its dark color ( brown, brown ).


Ingredients

175 g of butter
175 g of dark chocolate
175 g sugar 3 eggs
150 g of flour
140 g walnuts or hazelnuts
a pinch of salt

Preparation

In a large bowl place the butter and melt over low heat. Add melted butter blocks Melt dark chocolate and mix well. Remove the bowl from heat and add sugar, stirring constantly.


Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in the flour mixture and walnuts (or hazelnuts), chopped coarsely and stir. A cake pan lined with parchment paper with a diameter of 24 cm and adjourn to the mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.


Let the cake rest for 10 minutes then cut derive many pieces. If you want to sweeten your Brownies, you can dust them with powdered sugar.


For those intolerant to milk replaced butter with margarine and leave the doses.

There is a white version of the Brownie Called Blondie prepared without cocoa, often with white chocolate instead.
